Dr. Tiffany M. Jenkins is the founder and Executive Director of Awakening Change LLC. She earned a Bachelors in Psychiatric Rehabilitation before completing her graduate studies in Addictions Science and Professional Counseling and earning a doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a Behavioral Health concentration.
Dr. Jenkins is currently licensed to provide therapeutic services in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida. In addition, she is an approved clinical supervisor and a certified clinical trauma professional. As a licensed therapist, Dr. Jenkins’ work centers around individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or substance use. She blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Enhancement Therapy to create safe spaces for clients to share, learn, and grow.
When not in the therapist’s seat, Dr. Jenkins enjoys working with leaders from various industries to improve their leadership skills through her innovative coaching curriculum. As an approved continuing education provider for NAADAC and NBCC, Dr. Jenkins also enjoys creating workshops and training programs to help clinicians to develop their skills.
A best-selling author, Dr. Jenkins has been frequently called upon to speak on a variety of topics related to self-care, the intersection of faith and behavioral health, and a variety of other topics. She has been praised for her ability to captivate her audience and is known for presenting even the most complex topics in an easy-to-understand and engaging manner.
