We provide individual therapy for adults using evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs. Our clinicians specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. We also offer substance abuse professional (SAP) evaluations and court-ordered evaluations.

Yes, we accept Horizon, Aetna, Geisinger, Independence, Meritain, United Healthcare, Oxford, and Medicare. For out-of-network insurance, we can provide superbills for potential reimbursement, though payment is required on file at the time of service. Our cash pay rate is $185 per individual therapy session.

Individual therapy sessions are $185 per session. Substance abuse professional (SAP) evaluations are $515, and court-ordered evaluations start at $600. We maintain a limited number of sliding scale appointment slots with select providers based on availability and financial need.

Most of our providers offer primarily virtual (telehealth) sessions for your convenience and accessibility. In-person sessions are available with select providers. During your initial consultation, we’ll help match you with a provider whose session format works best for your needs.

We’ll help match you with a provider who fits your needs and schedule. New client appointments are typically available within one to two weeks.

Your first session is an opportunity for you and your therapist to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. We’ll review your history, current concerns, and goals for treatment, and together develop an initial treatment plan. This session also covers informed consent, confidentiality, and answers any questions you have about the therapeutic process.

Yes, therapy is confidential and protected by federal and state privacy laws (HIPAA). We only release information with your written consent, except in specific legal situations: if there’s risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected child or elder abuse, or when required by court order. Your privacy and trust are fundamental to the therapeutic relationship.

Our diverse team of therapists offers specialized treatment for a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma (including race-based trauma), substance use disorders, anger management, intimate partner violence, problematic gambling, stress management, and career counseling. Because we’re a group practice with clinicians from varied training backgrounds, we can match you with a therapist whose expertise aligns with your specific needs.

We require 24-hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $75 late cancellation fee. No-shows (including arrivals more than 10 minutes late) are also subject to a $75 fee. These fees apply regardless of insurance coverage and help us maintain availability for all clients.

Evening appointment availability varies by clinician and tends to fill quickly due to high demand. We do not currently have weekend appointment availability.

We provide individual therapy for clients ages 14 and older. For clients ages 13 and under, we only accept referrals through the PerformCare network’s Intensive In Community (IIC) program. Our therapists are experienced working with adolescents, young adults, and adults across the lifespan.
